TAX DOME INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLIENTS: (SKIP TO STEP 4 IF YOU HAVE LOGGED IN BEFORE)
  1. Client email address is the username.
  2. Client will click on the link and create a password.
  3. Please save the password, as this will be used by the client to access the Tax Dome portal going forward.
  4. To log back into the portal, sign in at https://factsinc.taxdome.com.
  5. There is an app that the client can download on their phone: TaxDome Client Portal.
  6. When client logs onto the app, they will create a pin number that is used to log into the app going forward.
  7. Client can upload documents or pictures onto the portal via desktop or app.
  8. If an e-signature is required, FACTS INC will set it up, and then the client can e-sign the document. It works on the desktop version of the portal.
